Refund Policy

As per internal policy of 'Dronez', we always ensure customer gets what 'they see is what they get'. Thank you for shopping at (Dronez)! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 2 days of your purchase based on request from customer along with received product images & defect details, which should share with us in our mail id admin@dronez.co.in [within 2 days]. After 3 days you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Return item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer with proper reason to return will receive replacement/exchange or refund within 15 days[Actual purchased product should be returned back to us in same package box within a week ]. • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery • Offer/Discount Sale items (if applicable) : Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Offer/Discount sale items cannot be refunded.
